We will develop and optimize the use of a new facility that will serve as our primary food hub and place of business which will enhance our ability to receive, process, store, produce and distribute food.

We will ensure that systems and innovative day-to-day practices support operational effectiveness and align with standards and known best practices in the non-profit sector.

We will continuously develop and secure our team of providers and ensure a reliable and nutritious supply of local and culturally relevant food in sufficient quantities to meet the growing demand of those that rely on our services.

We will continue to be a trusted, impactful and accountable provider of nutrition for children and families that can be relied upon to leverage financial resources from our donors to best advantage in the fight against poverty in our region. 

We will meaningfully engage with and encourage the expansion of the evolving network of organizations seeking to ensure food security and equitable food access across the Eastern Fraser Valley (including local Indigenous partners and all those partners that support efforts to end hunger in our region).
